I thought I would share an interview I did recently in Istanbul with charming Andrew Finkel where I talk to him about how I moved from the art into the food world and what initially made me want to start writing about food not knowing anything about it! We also discuss what makes great cooks and the difference between home cooks and professional chefs and who are the real stars, at least in our region.
